Reduction of structural coverage. Approximate 663 s.f. of roof <br />structure over walkways and patios to be reduced to approximately <br />400 s.f. Please note that trellis roof area is not included as <br />hardcover and to specify area of trellis in your new calculation. <br />B. Reduce original hardcover within the 75-250* setback area. It <br />was recommended that additional landscape area underlain with <br />plastic can be removed. <br />C. Replanting schedule in light of vhe need to remove the two mature <br />oak trees (I thought they wei^^ uiaples). <br />NOTES AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS: <br />Please contact Jeanne Mabusth if you have any questions pertaining to the <br />directives noted above. Applicants' next scheduled meeting is dependent <br />upon receipt of a revised plan.
