The <br />Planning Commission recommendation did not include a request to reduce <br />hardcover within the 0-75' setback area. This decision may have been <br />based on the fact that the all proposed improvements were located in <br />the 75-250' setback area and the drainage patterns on the property. <br />Please refer to Exhibit A-1, Mr. Hanson, the Pyle's architect, <br />has submitted a letter in response to the Planning Commission's <br />recommendation and has asked for Council's special consideration. <br />The enclosed resolution has been drafted per the Planning <br />Commission's approv”al recommendation limiting lot coverage to 18%. <br />The subject resolution can be amended if Council proposes any changes.
