WHBRBAS, on July 23, 1992 at a regularly .\cheduled <br />meetingr the Metropolitan Council approved the Comprehensive Plan <br />Amendment to include the Stubbs Bay Sewer Project Area within the <br />MUSA boundary as proposed by the City. <br />NOW, THKRKPORE, BB IT RBSOLVBD that the City Council of <br />the City of Orono hereby amends its Community Management Plan by <br />designating the Stubbs Bay Sewer Project Area (legally described <br />and mapped per the attached Exhibit A) to be within the <br />Metropolitan Urban Service Area, finding that: <br />1.The Amendment meets the intent of the basic goals, <br />objectives and policies set forth in the 1980 <br />Comprehensive Management Plan. <br />2.The Amendment is consistent with the goals, objectives, <br />needs and desires of Orono residents. <br />3.The Amendment is consistent with the planning goals and <br />objectives of Orono*s municipal neighbors. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Orono, Minnesota this <br />10th day of August, 1992. <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy M.
