Subdivision required as lot line <br />rearrangement involves properties that do meet the standards of the current zoning district, LR- <br />IC. <br />Required area = 21,780 s.f. or .5 acres, refer to Exhibit F <br />Proposed Parcel A = 18,579 s.f. <br />Proposed Parcel B + C = 16,489 s.f. <br />Section 66 A - Class I Subdivision. Subdivision may be completed as a Class I <br />subdivision as division does not involve the creation of new lots nor the creation of private <br />easements. <br />List of Exhibits <br />A - Application <br />B - Addendum <br />C - Plat Map <br />D - Propeny Owners List <br />E - Authorizations for Lot Line Rearrangement <br />F - Staff Sketch <br />G Survey <br />Review of Application <br />Universal Title Insurance Company has hired Mark Greene of Standke, Greene & <br />Greenstein, Ltd. to complete a lot line rearrangement for the above referenced property owners. <br />Some time in 1983 the owners of both properties agreed to lot line change whereby triangular <br />parcel (review Exhibit F) of Tract J (2918) was to be combined with Tract I (2912). Bo^ <br />properties are registered properties and certificates were amended without the seeking the City s <br />approval. As City did not approve the subdivision of a lot line rearrangement, the taxes have <br />never been adjusted nor has th<. official plat map of the County recorded the lot line change. <br />It is the desire of the land owners to complete all the necessary steps so that the lot line <br />rearrangement can be finalized.
