Execution of a Mutual agreement by and between the City <br />of Orono, Three Star Trucking Company and Mr. Hallson <br />regarding the location of the proposed street. In <br />conjunction with this alternative I enclose three <br />sketches setting forth proposed locations for <br />continuation of the roadway set forth in the proposed <br />plat which would best meet Mr. Hallson's needs. <br />After reviewing the aforementioned proposal please feel free to <br />contact my office with any further questions or concerns regarding <br />this matter.
