Current septic system has been found to meet the 3’ separation required by new <br />Shoreland Regulations and Septic Code. <br />4. The majority of the dry buildablc area at least two-thirds is located within the 0- <br />75 ’ setback area. <br />Staff would add the following after completing the review; <br />6. Stitictural setbacks defined on Exhibit G would classify the property as <br />unbuildablc if open for new development.
