JAi5«a Taylor waa seen by the undersigned on May 14, 1^93 for <br />coaiplaints regarding knee pain* He had had knee Injuries in the <br />past as a college athlete and has had soew probleas since that <br />time, all culminating in soaie osteoarthritis development in his <br />knees. kt this point he is not a surgical candidate ho%rever needs <br />to be treated medically. One of the important considerations in <br />patients like Mr. Taylor is avoidance of climbing stairs, <br />particularly going (k>vn stairs is nechanically difficult for <br />patients with knee probleas of his type. He's told me that he <br />is planning an addition onto his home that may involve stairs, <br />although with a variance he may be able to avoid this.
