The 1919 survey of our property shows the deck tow«rd the <br />lake to be siuch ssialler than the new replaceeont. That survey also <br />shows you have 399 hardcover in the 75**250* lake setback zone. <br />To got a building persit for these decks or any nev' constrmtion, you <br />will need to reduce hardcover in this *on« to ibt or obtain a varianco <br />for excess hardcover. This is the same problem encountered when you <br />applied for a garage addition in 1989. <br />1 am enclosing a building persiit application and alao a zoning <br />variance application. Please have tne variance application completed <br />by noon on Decesiber 27th for consideration nt the January meeting of <br />the Planning Cosssission.
