Please note that pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, the <br />peiTnit can only be kept active for 5 years, thus the Juno 23, 1994 <br />expiration date. However, it would be possible to do maintenance <br />in accordance with Special Provision #17 in the future, even after <br />expiration.
