The following ordinances are pertinent to this <br />review: <br />1 Section 10.03, Subd. 10 - Conditional use permit required for all accessory <br />structures on through lots located in residential districts. <br />Section 10.03, Subd. 9 (E) - Accessory struemres in excess of 750 s.f. but not <br />e.xceeding 1,000 s.f. shall be located 15’ from lot line. The structure area is at <br />983.7 s.f <br />Applicant proposes 17’ side setback. <br />3.Section 10.03, Subd. 9 (A) - No accessory building or structure shall be <br />constructed on lot prior to the time of construction of the principal building to <br />which it is accessory'. <br />4.Section 10.22.
