We need the additional space <br />because of the increase in size of our feunily. We have looked at <br />going up, but it is financially prohibitive. In addition, we are <br />not sur^ the existing structure could support it. We also feel, <br />that because the City snowplows need our drivewe.y to turn around in <br />and use it to store snow in, that we shou'd be granted this <br />variance. We feel that it is unfair to isk us to give up <br />hardcover, when our family needs it, in frder to provide a <br />turnaround for the public.
