The <br />former owner had obtained a lot area and lot width variance in October of that year. The owner <br />had originally applied for a setback variance for a detached garage within the street yard but <br />withdrew the application. The existing garage structure was to meet the required 10’ side <br />setback. <br />In the current application, the applicant proposet' the replacement of the upper and lower <br />decks on the lakeside of the residence. The upper level deck shall be replaced with a 9 xll'A <br />enclosed dining room area and a 9 ’xl4«A ’ upper deck.
