A. Elimination of Non-Conforming Use of Boat Slips, Boat Buoys or Overall Length of Docks. Any marina operator who increases the number of boat slips, boat buoys or overall length of docks beyond w hat he was previously licensed for by the City, which increases are authorized by ordinances of the Lake Minnetonka Conservation District, shall first decrea.se an equivalent number of boat slips or boat buoys and eliminate an equivalent length of dock from that portion of his dock that is non-conforming under the terms of Ordinance No. 1 of the Lake Minnetonka Conseivation District until the dock conforms in length to the Lake Minnetonka Conservation District’s Ordinances.
