He noted that all property owners within 350 of <br />the subject properties were notified of the application. <br />A number of affected property owners refused to join in <br />the application, hence tne proper legal notice has been <br />given only for the proposed portion, therefore, a total <br />vacation of Porest Blvd. is not possible at this time. <br />City Administrator Bernhardson explained the issue of <br />access to the Nelson property and the need for an <br />easement agreement from 3 other property owners before a <br />total vacation of Forest Blvd. could be done. He also <br />noted an error on the plat map that shows a <br />the park as unvacated where in fact it is actually <br />vacated.
