Ha reviewed tha <br />additional dedication for drainage easements recommended by the <br />City Engineer. <br />Bellows stated that the subdivision of the larger lot will be <br />expensive due to the drainageway that will have to be crossed to <br />provide an access drive. <br />Pam Sawchuck, 4105 Watertown Road, asked for clarification of the <br />request. <br />Qronbarg explained the proposal would create the possibility for <br />an additional lot on the western side of the lot.
