The proposed residence will be replaced In the same <br />envelope as the existing, but the setback variances required are <br />less as the deck will not be replaced. <br />Goetze noted they wilt be using the existing footings. <br />Habusth added the proposed residence meets height requirements. <br />It was SKJved by Johnson, seconded by Rowletta, to recommend <br />approval of Application #1789 for Libbie Hopwood, 1205 Lakevlew <br />Avenue, for variances to construct a residence using the existing <br />footings.
