A minimum 20' access drive to be <br />installed. <br />c.Applicant to obtain Hennepin County driveway permit <br />for installation of new curb cut and approval of <br />expanded drive within right-of-way of County Road <br />6. <br />d.Fenced play area to be expanded to 3,000 s.f. to <br />meet outside playground area for 60 students. <br />e.Landscaping to be provided along south and east <br />side of outdoor play area. <br />f. Locate single sign to be installed on property. <br />At the time both student and instructor use exceeds 29, <br />an approved sprinkler system must be installed. The new <br />well to be installed at the time of the installation of <br />the sprinkler system must be placed to the west side of <br />property in order to preserve future drainfield site to <br />the east. <br />A* the time the student/instructor use exceeds 38, a new <br />septic system must be installed. <br />Upon application for a building permit, applicant must <br />provide confirmation that State licensing requirements <br />have been met and that a license is pending. <br />All food preparation and maintenance of kitchen shall be <br />approved, inspected and administered by the Hennepin <br />County Environmental Health Department. <br />All constx*uction shall be subject to the standards of the <br />State Fire Code and Uniform Building Code. All plans <br />submitted with the building permit application must be <br />drawn by a licensed architect. <br />The State Fire Marshall shall approve plans to ensure <br />fire extinguishers, exiting signs, alarm systems and fire <br />drill procedures meet the necessary guideline.
