i.70:\!1/4 \CITY OF ORONO <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> No.7418 <br /> 'k sHO 5' <br /> A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING THE ASSESSMENT ROLL OF THE <br /> CARMAN BAY LAKE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT <br /> Whereas, The Carman Bay Lake Improvement District has adopted its 2024 budget and <br /> tax levy; and <br /> Whereas, The district has forwarded the assessment roll to the City for approval; and <br /> Whereas, Hennepin County requires the City to approve the assessment roll for <br /> certification to the property tax rolls. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Orono as <br /> follows: <br /> That the Hennepin County Special Assessment Division is hereby authorized to place the <br /> costs totaling $28,000, on the 2023 property tax rolls,payable in 2024. <br /> ADOPTED this 23rd day of October, 2023, by the City Council of the City of Orono. <br /> CITY i a,'+e,' k <br /> ip <br /> Dennis Walsh,Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Nol Dickhausen, Interim City Clerk <br />
