As the wetland is not a DNR wetland, the jurisdiction for wetland <br />alterations is with the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District, the Local Government Lnit <br />(LGU) for Orono. The LGU has already reviewed the alteration and will not require a <br />permit to do the work. The proposed w-ildlife ponds are acceptable from an engineering <br />standpoint. However, we request the following information be provided prior to <br />construction: <br />-Method and'or equipment proposed to complete the excavation and transport off <br />site <br />• Routes to be used for equipment access and transporting the material <br />-Schedule describing which times of the year the work will take place <br />•Location proposed for material storage <br />Please contact me at this office if you have any questions regarding this matter. <br />Yours very truly, <br />BONESTROO, ROSENE.
