Sundt <br />to the following conditions; <br />Isv <br />1.Prior to application being scheduled before the Council, applicant must provide <br />a final cradine plan setting forth the method of conveying drainage trom lower <br />elevations at w^alktHit on U)t 1, Block I thnnigh Lot 2 to the eastern dramaccway. <br />This shall be achieved via an above ground drainage swale or below ground ti e <br />system If below ground tile system is profHised, applicant must provide the <br />rKTcessarv hvdraulic information for City Engineer ’s review. In any case before <br />scheduling of this application before Council, the City Engineer must have the <br />final grading plan to review and approve. <br />Erosion control shall be installed and maintained around temporary stockpile of <br />spoils Erosion control shall be maintained as shown on the grading plan as <br />required by the City staff or City Engineer throughout duration ot the building <br />project and until natural groundcover is restored to all disturbed areas. <br />Both owners of Lots 1 and 2, B\ock 1, Kelly 2nd Addition shall jointly execute <br />a land alteration permit to be obtained at the City before final grading can bectn. <br />4.
