It the City’s intent that in the event Outlet D is used in the future for road <br />purposes, that sueh road shall be constructed to City standards, aixl that prior to <br />constructum of said road the City will he granted a road and utilities easement <br />iuer Outlet B. <br />q. It is the City’s intent that Outlois A, B and C remain in common ownership until <br />such lime that the future development ot Outlet C occurs. <br />10. It is the City's intent that at the time Outlet C is further developed, the City will <br />at that time require the payment of park dedication tees and the dedication of all <br />neeessai7 and appropriate public easements within Outlets A, B and C. <br />11 It is the City’s intent that proposed Loi i grant the sundard perimeter utility and <br />drainage casements based on the assumption that Outlot B will in the future <br />becc.ne a roadway. <br />\2 Althoueh I lennepin County Department of Public Works has requested additional <br />right-of-wav for County Road 84. no additional County road ripht-of-way will be <br />required of the developer consistent w ith the standards for a collector road m the <br />Orono Comprehensive Plan. <br />13. A driveway easement over Outlot B shall be granted in favor ot Lot 1 tor the <br />existing driveway in Outlot B. <br />14 The single family residence existing on proposed Lot I requires no turther <br />variances. <br />NOW THERFFORK, BE I I RESOLVED, that based upon one or more of the <br />findings noted above, the Citv Council of the City of Orono hereby approves the preliminary^ <br />plat for Robert S. Olson and K-P Properties Inc. at 4645 Bay side Road per the <br />August 25. 1994. revised OcU.ln;r 5. 1994. by Raymond A.
