MN 55323-0066 <br />Dear City Officials: <br />We are requesting a variance for the Lear Residence at 2525 Dunwoody Avenue <br />to do the following work; <br />Install rip rap along the existing shoreline within the given spr.cifications of <br />the City and DNR. <br />Replace existing retaining walls on the hillside and add new watts to retain <br />the hillside where it currently is eroding and sliding toward the lake <br />Grade in the work area to accommodate the construction of the walls, but <br />not to make substantial changes in existing grade <br />Install plantings and erosion control materials in place of sod that is <br />eroding and sliding toward the lake <br />1845 Wisconsin Ave. No. Golden Valley.
