Existing Parking Not to be Reduced. Off-street <br />parking spaces and loading' spaces existing on September 14, 1967, <br />shall not be reduced in number unless said number exceeds the <br />requirements set forth herein for a similar new use. <br />D. Floor Area. The term "floor area" for the <br />tjuroose of calculating the number of off-street parking spaces <br />fhall be the net usable floor area of the various floors, devoted <br />to retail sales, services, office spaces, processing and <br />fabrication exclusive of hallways, utility space, storage areas <br />other than warehousing. <br />E. Seat.
