Subd. <br />3(0) and (P) based on the five findings on page 4 of the 8/11/94 memo; and <br />granting a variance to Section 10.20, Subd. 3(P) (Riding Academy) to allow a <br />non-owner to provide instruction to owners or horses boarded at the site; the <br />above approvals subject to the following coiKlitions: <br />The corslitional use permit for this use shall be granted to the owner of <br />the property specifically for the use as proposed and operated by Joan <br />Harmon and that any new operator will require an amendment to this <br />conditional use pcnnil. <br />Any changes or intensifications in tte uses defined below shall require <br />applicant Joan Harmon to file an amended conditional use permit with the <br />Cirv: <br />The boarding of no more than 10 horses owned by other <br />individuals not residing on the property. <br />(2) Brokerage of horses boarded on propeny only. <br />(3) Riding lessons for clients who bivard horses at facility. <br />3.
