'/ <br />November 9, 1993 <br />City of Orono <br />2750 Kelley Parkway <br />Orono, MN 55356 <br />ro Whom This Concerns: <br />I am writing this letter to you in regards to an improvement <br />my next door neighbor made to his property at 2871 Casco <br />Point Road. <br />The Wolfes rebuilt a lakeside shed which replaced a <br />deteriorating shed that was an eyesore and a hazard. The <br />roof was rotting and sagged and the door wouldn't shut. <br />Electrically it was unsafe. <br />The new shed is less obtrusive and seems to be smaller in <br />size.
