Rox 66 <br />Crystal Bay, MN. 55323 <br />r <br />t <br />I <br />Dear Ms. Mabuisth: <br />Enclosed is an application of Prell«inary Plat for Lot 1 and Lot 2, Bayview <br />Farvs, which is 4645 and 4665 Bayside Road in Orono. This application is <br />â– ade by K-P Properties, Inc. which is buying all of Lot I, Bayview Farms and <br />Irvin Geffre who is the owner of Lot 2. Bayview Farms is joining in on this <br />application. The Geffre property will have the lot lines re-arranged as a <br />rssult of this plat. <br />We presented two alternate sketch plans to the Planning Commission in June <br />of this year. One showed a road to be built along the Joint property line <br />the property to the west. This alternate has been abandoned because <br />we cannot come to an agreement with the Whites who own this property. The <br />resulting plat will use a roadway which is located on the Olson property and <br />on an easement which was previously given to the Olson's covering an 80 by <br />80' triangle located on the Southeast corner of the Geffre Property. We <br />intend to deed over to Geffres that portion of the Olson property lying <br />westerly of the new road in consideration for them Joining in on this plat. <br />We will be creating 5 new building lots all of which will meet y'^u» .nee. <br />A Wetland delineation report Is attached and the septic system evaluation will <br />be submitted under separate cover. <br />Please place this Item on your Planning Commission agenda for the September <br />19, 1994 meeting.
