Dayton, 900 Old Long <br />Lake Road - Conditional Use Permit - Public Hearing <br />Application: Excavate a 7.5 acre porul w ithin a Type 7 wetland - excavation and placement of <br />51.600 cu. yds. of soil material. <br />Ptrtineni Code Sections <br />1. <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br />Section 10.03, Subds. 19, 20, 21 - Conditional use permit required for all grading <br />projects in excess of 100 cu. yds. <br />Section 10.55, Subd. 5(A) - The Flood Plain and Wetlands Conservation area includes <br />those areas designated and shown as "stream, lake, marsh, wooded marsh, submerged <br />marsh, inundation area . . ."on the USGS quadrangle topographic maps. <br />Section 10.55. Subd. 8 - Development restriction; prohibition.
