Ogland <br />3345 Crystal Bay Road <br />Wayzata, Minnesota 55391 <br />Re: Storage Shed Construction <br />Dear Mr. Ogland: <br />Late last summer the City notified you of building and zoning requirements relating to two <br />storage sheds constructed on your property without budding permits. .As of this date, this issue <br />remains unresolved. <br />This letter is to require you to remove the storage sheds or apply for the proper permits and/or <br />variances before April 1, 1993. If this deadline is not met, the City may issue citations and <br />initiate further legal action. If you have any questions, contact Jeanne A.
