Two neighboring property owners were present. They were briefed <br />on the proposed lot line rearrangement but no discussion was held. <br />This item will be placed on the Planning Commission’s September 19 agenda for public hearing. <br />Before then, it is imperative that you appear at the City Offices to sign your subdivision <br />application and pay the $300.00 application fee. If you are unable to attend September 19, <br />please send a representative in your place. If you or your representative do not appear at the <br />September 19 meeting, and/or if you fail to sign the application or pay the required fee, your <br />application will be considered as not valid, and the City will unfominately be forced to proceed <br />with other options in order to bring your property into conformance. <br />If you desire cenified copies of the official Planning Commission minutes, they are available <br />from the City Recorder after review and approval by the Planmng Commission, <br />ch
