Mabusth, Building & Zoning Administrator <br />August 5, 1994 <br />#1944 Bradley and Dina Etherington. 4055 Elm Street - Variance - Continuation <br />of Public Hearing <br />At the July 18, 1994 meeting of the Planning Commission, th * application was Ubled <br />directing applicant to provide an updated survey and to have lot lines or comers staked. The <br />updated survey is included for your review. Stat. can confirm that the lot lines have been <br />staked. <br />Members are asked to refer to the original staff memo of July 12, 1994. Options of <br />action remain the same. Upon closer inspection of the site, staff would also recommend that <br />upon application for a building permit that applicant provide a detailed grading and drainage <br />plan. Given the severe topography along the v,cst, it becomes imperative that hardcover from <br />development does not result in drainage problems for neighbor to the immediate west. <br />Staff asks that if you seek additional infermation in order to complete the review of this <br />application, please contact staff prior to the meeting.
