On-Site Systems Manager <br />DATE:August 3, 1994 <br />SUBJECT; Application #1956, Tom and Chris Smieja - Septic Review <br />A septic review is required due to the proposed addition onto the existing residence at 4040 <br />Watertown Road. The two issues of importance would be whether the existing system is of <br />adequate size and whether the proposed addition would encroach on a potential future drainfield <br />site. <br />The proposed additions are to the east and west and io the existing house. The number of <br />bedrooms will remain the same with no significant increase in the number of fixtures or water <br />using devices. No alternate site is possible adjacent to the existing struemre where the additions <br />are propt>sed due to an insufficient area meeting setbacks from the road, driveway, and lot line. <br />The most likely place for a replacement system would be east of the existing driveway south of <br />the existing drainfield system.
