MN. 55323 <br />Dear Gary: <br />This letter will confirm our understanding that Sailors World may use a portion of the <br />Art Center's east parking lot on weekends, from May to September. As we discussed, <br />the following arrangements would apply: <br />1. Your personnel wtll park cars, designated with a Sailors World Parking Pass, <br />along the eastern side of our east parking lot, adjacent to Bnar Street. <br />2. Parking will be available most weekends, with the exception of the weekend following Labor Day, <br />when the parking lot is rented to a private party. If the Art Center is planning any additional, major events <br />requiring parking on weekends, we will, of course, let you know in advance. <br />3. Liability for any damage that occurs will remain the responsibility of Sailors World. <br />4. Sailors World will give the Art Center an option to use its parking area during the annual Holiday <br />House fundraiser at the Art Center, which is generally held the week before Thanksgiving. <br />Gary, we appreciate your offer of compensation, but invite you instead to make a <br />charitable contribution to our Annual Fund (information enclosed).
