LATE FEE Renewals <br />Application for renca-al of licenses shall be made no later than March 1 of the license year. The <br />City shall not accent renewal license ipplicaticns received after March 1 unless the arcljcationi <br />is accompanied bv a late fee of S25.00. <br />REVIEW rROCEDlT^E <br />When a complete application is recei\ed. the application will be reviewed by the Cit)- CoutKil <br />and. in the case of new' or unusual applications, also by the Planning Commission and Marina <br />Committee.
