6. <br />Authorities granted by this resolution are granted specifically to the Minnetonka <br />Power Squadron or any of its affiliated organizations. Any transfer ot ownership <br />of the propeny shall result in automatic expiration of this permit and the new <br />owner shall apply for a new conditional use permit it a day use recreation area <br />is proposed. <br />Violaiion of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of this <br />resolution shall constimte a violation of the Zoning Code, shall automatically <br />tetminate any autliority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />The urulersigned representative of Minnetonka Power Squadron has read, <br />understood and hereby agrees to the terms of this resolution and on behalf of the <br />Minnetonka Power Squadron, its successors and assigns, hereby agrees to the <br />►.vording of this resolution in the chain of title of the property. <br />Adopted by the Orono City Council on this___day of 1994. <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy M.
