When the City Planner A1 Olson resigned in September <br />1983, his preliminary work on this application somehow was filed away and forgotten. Mahpiyata Island, and Deering Island. Prior to 1983, the islands <br />were zoned LR-lA-1, a Single Family I.akeshore zone requiring 2 acre minimum lot size.
