Animal feedlcts must meet the following <br />a. New feedlots, if permitted, must not <br />be located in the shoreland of watercourses or in bluff impact <br />zones and must meet a minimum setback of 300 feet from the Ordinary <br />High Water Level of all public waters basins; and <br />b. Modifications or expansions to <br />existing feedlots that are located within 300 feet of the Ordinary <br />High Water Level or within a bluff impact zone are allowed if they <br />do not further encroach into the existing Ordinary High Water Level <br />setback or encroach on bluff impact zones. <br />Subd. 17. <br />o n c o n f o rmTTTe^’^is' <br />Noncon^rmrtie^ All legally established <br />I'^tn^aat^o^this ordinance may continue <br />subject to applicable State Statutes and as regulated elsewhere in <br />the Orono Municipal Code. In shoreland areas, the following <br />standards shall also apply: <br />B. Additionr/Expansions to Nonconforming <br />Structures. All additions or expansions to the outside dimensions <br />of an existing nonconforming structure must meet the setback, <br />height, and other requirements set forth in the Crono Zoning Code. <br />Any deviation from these requirements must be authorized by a <br />variance pursuant to provisions of the zoning chapter. <br />* <br />Subd. 18. Subdivision/Platting Provisions. <br />C. Information Requirements. In addition to information <br />required by other provisions of the Zoning and Platting Codes, the <br />following information shall also be stibmitted: <br />b. A line or contour representing the <br />Ordinary High Water Level, the toe ana che top of bluffs, and the <br />minimum building setback distances from the top of the bluff and <br />the lake or stream.
