Planning & Zoning Administrator <br />October 27, 1995 <br />Subject: Draft (Rough!) of MUSA Aincndmeni Application <br />Attached is a very preliminary draft of our application to Met Council for revisions to the <br />MUSA to accomodate the ten "hot spots" plus additional portions of the Orono Schools <br />property. <br />Please take some time before the November 14 work session to review this document. You <br />will see a lot of loose ends, "fill in the blanks", and additional information to be developed, <br />1 need your help to make it complete, as well as to make it reflective of whatever ’attitude’ <br />you wish it to take (i.e. you may find that some of it, especially the Non-Related Issues <br />section, is presented in a way that reflects the 'Orono party line ’ but which may not help our <br />case...). <br />I'm starting to get writ? m responses from the various neighborhoods and will update you on <br />the 14th. <br />Thanks!
