4.Dedication of a utility easement over the municipal sewer line that encroaches <br />the property along the lake and west side ot Lot 1. The City Engineer to <br />determine actual width of easement once applicant has provided a preliminary' <br />plan locating existing sewer line. <br />Applicant to provide confirmation that former wells on site have been legally <br />abandoned. <br />6.All existing hardcover improvements located within the 0-75 ’ setback area shall <br />be removed at the time of the demolition of the existing structure. <br />The following list of final submittals must be submitted to the Zoning .Administrator two <br />weeks prior to the regularly scheduled Council meeting on the second and fourth Mondays of <br />each month. <br />1. Record plat drawings in the form of two (2) mylar copies and one (1) copy <br />reduced to 1" = 200'. Drawing to include: <br />A. Lot lines platted to reflect realignment of lot line for shared access at <br />Shoreline Drive. <br />Dedication of "drainage and utility easements" along exterior lot lines and <br />5’ along shared lot lines. Drainage and utility easements need not be <br />shown along lakeshore. <br />Designation and dedication of a utility easement over the sewer line. <br />The City Engineer to determine actual width of the easement. <br />D. Naming of plat. <br />Legal documents required: <br />A.Title opinion addressed to the City.
