Box 66 <br />Crystal Bay, MN 55323 <br />RE; Maxwell Bay Zoning Commission Review Application <br />Mr. Gaffron: <br />The MNDNR is submitting the plans for the development of a Public <br />Water Access at 3390 North Shore Drive within the City of Orono. <br />The project involves the conversion of five parcels from their <br />existing uses to a Public Water Access Site. <br />This conversion involves the demolition of all of the existing <br />structures.
