Stairs and timber walls were approved by the City in 1986 to allow for safe access to <br />the shoreline and for use and maintenance of the steeply sloped yard. Can the plastic <br />underliners not approved in 1986 application installed beneath the rocked areas be <br />removed without danger of erosion.’ <br />2. Can existing hardcover improvements be reduced in the 75-250' setback area? <br />A. 400 s.f to the east side of the residence consisting of concrete patio block and <br />rock with plastic. <br />B. V^Tiat of the rock with plastic area to the lakeside of the existing deck and patio, <br />portions of which are located within the 0-75' and 75-250' area? <br />C.
