Lot lines platted per preliminary plat drawings by Keith Dahl of BRW. <br />Inc. dated October 12. 1995. <br />B Dedication of "drainace and utility easements" 10' wide along all <br />perimeter property lines and 5' each sid. of internal propeny lines and <br />dedication of drainage and uiiiir. easements as shown on said preliminary <br />plat drawing. <br />C. Designation and dedication of a drainage easement over the wetland <br />located in proposed Lot 3. <br />Legal documents required: <br />A. Title opinion addressed to the City. All owners, mortgaee holders or <br />Others with propeny interest indicated therein shall sign the plat and all <br />other documents affected by such interest. <br />B. The applicants shall preside certified copies o.' all recorded casements <br />currently affecting the property. <br />C Sinned and executed Flowace and Conserxation Easement over the <br />wetland located in Lot 3. Please refer to the standard easement <br />document avaiia’rle from the Building and Zoning Depanment. <br />D Sinned and executed Ltiliry and Access Easement over Outlet A and the <br />nonhwesierly 25' of Lot I nonheasterh of the municipal sewer lines <br />within the existing Scotch Pine right-of-way. <br />E.
