MN 55391 <br />Dear Mr. Oberhauser; <br />It has been 37 days past the agreed upon date of September 30, 1995 to dismantle and <br />remove the homes directly west of 2425 Dunwoody Avenue. <br />You signed a purchase agreement that states, “ Seller agrees to demolish neighboring <br />houses by September 30,1995." <br />Mr. Oberhauser, <br />• We do not understand why you would bother to sign the agreement and not comply. <br />• We do not understand why you wish us well with a card and plant telling us of the <br />good times you had in this house and not comply with the agreement. <br />• We do not understand why you would want three dangerous structures on the <br />property of adjacent to 2425 Dunwoody Avenue that may endanger lives. <br />We would like to enjoy the entire panoramic view of the beautiful lake and well-kept <br />properties from our new home. <br />Please remove the dilapidated houses northwest and adjacent to the property of 2425 <br />Dunwoody Avenue.
