On this schedule the Council is scheduled to meet the 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month. The only e.xception is November where the second Monday is Veterans’ Day therefore the Council meeting is scheduled on the second Tuesday, November 12. Only one Council meeting has been scheduled in December. The Planning Commission is scheduled to meet the 3rd Monday of the month e.xcept in January' and February when the 3rd Monday is a holiday. In those months the Planning Commission will meet on the third Tuesday. As in past years there is no meeting of the Planning Commission scheduled in December. The first Tuesday in May through October has been scheduled for the Planning Commission to use as an alternate meeting date, except June and September when the School Board has meetings scheduled on Tuesday. Planning Commission approved the draft 1996 Meeting Schedule at their November 20th meeting. The Park Commission meetings are scheduled for the first Monday of the month. The only exception is January and September when the meeting is the first Tuesday because of a Monday holiday. Park Commission approved the draft 1996 Meeting Schedule at their November 6th meeting. As of this date, the Orono School Board lias the followi ;g meetings scheduled; Tuesday, January 9 and 23, February 13 and 27, March 12, April 9 and 23. May 14 and 21. June 4. (These dates are noted on the meeting schedule.) All the holidays are indicated with an "X" and Friday, July 5 is shown as the designated holiday.
