MN 55323 <br />Pauline Bouchard <br />I860 Shoreline Drive <br />Wavzata, NIN 55391 <br />Dear Ms. Bouchard: <br />Attached is a proposed agreement concerning the necessary upgrading of your septic system. <br />I have enclosed pertinent sections of the City ordinances, as well as a memo to the City <br />Council. <br />In order to provide you a reasonable time period in which to complete the necessary upgrade, <br />we propose a completion deadline date of July 31, 1996. However, we have also included a <br />"reconsideration clause" that would allow you to appear before the Council to discuss the <br />potential for municipal sewer if a decision to proceed with municipal sewer installation has not <br />been made by the reconsideration date. <br />This agreement is scheduled for review by the City- Council at their regular meeting this <br />cornuig ”Monday, November 27. The meeting starts at 7:00 p.m.. and I anticipate this item will <br />be fairly near the beginning of the meeting.
