The enclosed approval resolution has been drafted to reflect <br />the directi\ es of Council's conceptual approval. You are asked to review the findings and conditions <br />of the resolution and to contact staff prior to the meeting if you have any questions. <br />The resolution will be presented to Council for their formal action at their November 27th meeting. <br />The application will be placed on the consent agenda which means your application will be voted <br />at the first part of the agenda by one motion. If your application is to be removed from the consent <br />agenda, you w ill be advised at the time of Council's consideration of the consent agenda.
