The assessment Is to rebuild the asphal <br />surface. <br />I resoectfully urge you not to adopt this assessment tole with <br />an assIssLnt ot sl'J.348.30 to n,y property. For many <br />vears this property has been served by asphalt roads on both the <br />southerly and the westerly sides. The P>^esent <br />Drive although widened to accommodate the new Highway <br />intersection, Is the same as It always has been, an asphalt <br />surface. <br />Consequently, there Is no change In my situation with regard to <br />Willow Drive as a consequence of the rebuilding of the road which <br />you have done. The property was previously served by an asphalt <br />road and after your work it is still serviced by an asphalt road. <br />Since there Is no change In the service you Provide to my <br />property (actually the drive entrance Is not as good as It was). <br />It is not possible that the value of my property has Increased In <br />any dollar^ amount let alone the amount of $19,348.30, by virtue <br />of this repair work. <br />I do hereby protest any dollar amount of any assessment against <br />my property and will appeal the same as provided by law. <br />Respectfully submitted. <br />Clifford L.
