Briefly. the applicant originally <br />proposed additions to the existing house but revised that proposal to a complete removal and <br />replacement. While the existing house is 35 from the lake with deck 23 ’^ from the lake, <br />applicant proposes to construct a new house 75* from the lake, with Jeck 65 from the lake. <br />Applicant also proposes to remove the existing garage and build a new one centered on the <br />property fleeting all setback requirements. Applicant proposes hardcover \ ^riances in all three <br />zones. »:tN 'gh the net hardcover on the property would drop by 328 s.f. <br />Planning Commission Recommendation <br />Planning Commission at their August meeting recommended 6-0 to approve all requested <br />variances except for the hardcover and structure in the 0-75 ’ zone. Their recommendation is <br />as follows: <br />j Approve averase setback variances and lot area, lot width variances. <br />2,Approve hardcover variances associated with garage/driveway relocation as <br />proposed.
