The Council approved my variance application at <br />September 9th meeting, but only after revising "1^ <br />deleting a very important tide yard set-back variance that the <br />Planning Commission had unanimously approved earlier. <br />I was out of town on September 9th and therefore could ^ot attend <br />the City Council meeting that evening. I was informed that <br />three Council members were in attendance for the vo ^ <br />variance application. In view of my time, energy, expense and <br />accomodations associated with this application, I <br />appreciably request that my application be reviewed and <br />by^the entire City Council with an opportunity for me to address <br />any concerns they may have. <br />Thank you in advance for your consideration. <br />Resp^t^ully submitted, <br />James T.
