r <br />4. <br />5. <br />Applicants are further advised that the City shall not address future plans for the <br />reconstruction of a residence on the property as Application No. 2074 will have no <br />impact on a future residence structure being located on the property meeting all <br />required setbacks as set forth in the current municipal code. <br />Authorities granted by this resolution run with the property not with the owner, but <br />are permissive only and must be exercised by application for a building pemiit \n ithin <br />one year of the date of Council's approval, or the special conditions of this resolution <br />will expire on that date (November 13,1996). <br />6.Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of this <br />resolution shall constitute a violation of the Zoning Code, shall automatically <br />terminate any authority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />7.The undersigned applicants have read, understood and hereby agree to the terms of <br />this resolution and on behalf of themselves, their heirs, successors and assigns, <br />hereby agree to the recording of this resolution in the chain of title of the property. <br />Adopted by the Orono City Council on this 13 th day of November, 1995. <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy M.
