Purpose.The "LR-IB" One Family Lakeshore <br />Residential District is intended to provide a district which <br />allow a combination of medium density residential developments and <br />limited agricultural activity. Planned residential developments <br />may be allowed by conditional use permits. The proposed land use <br />may not endanger the quality of storm water runoff into Lake <br />Minnetonka or Long Lake. Because of the location of the district <br />near Lake Minnetonka or Long Lake, special regulations are <br />necessary to orotect these natural resources from the etfects or <br />dense develooment.
